Great Care! Great Value!

Hi! My name is Emilia, and I have a huge passion for animals! In 2015 my mother and I started full-time pet boarding. We have taken care of hundreds of dogs and cats by this point, so I have a lot of hands-on knowledge. I am experienced with a large variety of different breed's, ages, and sizes. This being said, dogs and cats have been a large part of my life, and I would love to continue caring for them!

BOOK A WALK, Drop-In Visit, or House sitting!

Services

book a Walk!

$20 per 30-minute walk
$35 per 60-minute walk
$22 for puppies (aged 2 and under)
+$10 for an additional dog
+$5 for Holidays

Walking services are paws-itively great for anyone that struggles getting their pet enough exercise! Life can get so busy sometimes between work, kids, and other responsibilities. Let me take something off of your plate! This service can be booked as a one-time or recurring service. I am greatly available throughout the day, specifics can be found under "my schedule".

Drop-in visits are paw-fect for anyone that doesn't feel comfortable with taking their pet out of their normal environment to stay at a sitters home. As well, as those that don't feel comfortable having someone stay at their house full time while they are away. In my experience this service is best suited for dogs with lower energy, and cats. This service allows for you to choose how many times you'd like me to come over throughout the day, as well as what times. This service has a lot of wiggle room, every pets needs are different during visits. Please let me know what you and your pet needs are!

book a Drop-in visit!

$24 per 30-minute visit
$37 per 60-minute visit
$26 for puppies (aged 2 and under)
+$6 for an additional dog
$16 for cat care
+$4 for an additional cat
+$11 for Holidays

book a House sitting!

$50 per night
$58 for puppies (aged 2 and under)
+$30 for an additional dog
$38 for cat care
+$4 for an additional cat
+$10 for Holidays

House sittings are best suited for pets that have ruff times being taken out of their environment, being with other animals, or need more care than a 30-minute appointment twice a day. In my experience pets do much better when they get to be in their own environment when their parents are gone. This is because their own home is comforting, and it doesn't change their daily routine. It is dog-gone horrible when pets feel lonely! With my schedule, I am only busy for a couple hours during the day. I am able to spend the majority of the day, and all of the night caring for your pet!

This is Chiquis! She is such a sweet girl, that was so easy to watch! She loves cuddling, and thoroughly enjoyed watching movies with me!

My commitment to you and your pet

I will treat your pet as well as I treat my own dog, Duncan. I never cut visits/walks short, and I send photo updates to ease your mind. My schedule allows for me to spend a lot of time with your pet for house sitting. I know how sad and anxious pets and their owners can get when they're separated, so my number one goal is to minimize this. Your pet comes first, and I will do everything I can to keep them comfortable and happy while you're away!

my schedule

I am currently a freshman at Hamline University located in St. Paul, MN. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are my busiest days with me being in class from 10:30 AM to 2:50 PM. That equals a little more than 4 hours, so I am much more available than those with a typical 9 to 5 job! Tuesday and Thursday I have class from 12:50 PM to 2:20 PM, as well as 4:10 PM to 5:40 PM. As you can see, I have a very open schedule, so I am sure I will be able to tend to all of your scheduling needs!

my requirements for booking

I require a meet and greet before booking.

This can take place at your home, or a public park of your choice! This is to ensure that your pet and I will be a good match.

I require basic care information.

I want to know the dietary needs/restrictions for your pet. Additionally, I need to know their temperament, and how they do with other pets and people. I like to know what their normal behaviors are, and ones I should look out for. Please let me know what makes your pet happy, such as a certain walking path, or treat. If there is anything else I need to know to best care for your pet, please don't hesitate to tell me.

I require an up-to-date vet contact, and emergency contact.

I don't enjoy thinking about bad things, but sometimes they happen. My number one goal is to keep your pet safe, and happy. It's very important I know this information in case of an emergency.

this is how you book with me

One way:

1. Email me at petcarewithemiliahajjar@gmail.com. Please include your name, your pets name, information on your pet, and the service you are interested in.

2. We will set up a meet and greet. Please have the information I ask for in my requirements ready at this point.

3. If we both agree that the meet and greet went well, we will officially book! This is when I will send you my personal phone number, so it's easier to stay in touch.

4. It is fully up to you whether you feel comfortable paying me in advance. My only requirement is that I receive my payment by the last day of my service. I will accept Venmo, cash, and check.

Another way:

1. Go to my rover website and click the contact button. Rover then will prompt you to create an account and provide information on your pet. Rover will provide us both with fake phone numbers that imitate regular text messaging.

2. Next, we set up a meet and greet. This is a great time for questions!

3. Based on results from the meet and greet, I will then accept your booking request!

4. Rover automatically asks you to add a credit card before booking your stay. Rover will charge your card once I accept the booking request, but I won't receive it until 2 days after the service is over.

Both ways work for me! Do what is best for you and your pet!
